"Worst experience till now. We bought two AC from the same shop. Vinay Rana seems too good while you purchase a AC but when you ask them for service they will stop responding to your calls or text and will say owner se baat karke batate he aapko. Now I recently bought a AC two months back and at that time their service installation guy was not available and told us kal apka AC laga denge now the thing is if we are purchasing the AC why would we want that the next day AC comes to our home in this 40 plus heat temperatures. They just make fools and it is a private shop worst experience do not purchase. We asked them for the free service and they just denied and told that abhi voltas apka service nhi karayenge because apne humse AC install nhi karaya. Just make fools. While buying the AC they didn’t even inform us that we wouldn’t get free service if we go for our own installation and now while asking for free service voltas denied our request as the installation was done privately.
